Each session includes intentional breathwork to center the mind, followed by a soothing sound meditation with authentic Himalayan singing bowls, designed to deepen relaxation and harmonize your energy. Yin & Myofascial Release

This Yin & Myofascial Release class combines grounding Yin Yoga poses with targeted myofascial release techniques to ease areas that commonly hold stress. Each week, we focus on a different target area, allowing you to gradually release tightness and improve mobility throughout your body.
Guided by a functional approach, each posture is adapted to suit your body’s unique structure, helping you safely explore greater relaxation and comfort. Using props and gentle tools, we create a deeply soothing experience that balances both mind and body.

Unlike a standard yoga class,Yoga for Men is tailored to meet the unique needs of the male body, concentrating on strengthening and stretching key areas such as the lower back, hips, shoulders, and core.Each session is designed to be accessible for beginners yet challenging enough for seasoned practitioners, providing a structured approach to improve functional movement, core stability, and overall body awareness.
