I invite you to join my yoga classes and Kundalini Activation Transmissions (available online or in person), where we come together to explore movement, breath, mindfulness, and energy work. Whether you're just starting your journey or have been practicing for years, there’s a welcoming space for you here.

In my classes, I emphasize a functional approach to yoga, focusing on movements that enhance your everyday life. Functional yoga is about understanding how our bodies move and using that knowledge to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance in practical ways.

I integrate principles of biomechanics and mindful awareness, encouraging you to listen to your body and honor its unique needs. This approach allows for a personalized practice, where we work on improving mobility, stability, and coordination, ultimately leading to a deeper connection between body and mind.

Each session includes a variety of poses and techniques designed to promote functional movement patterns, helping you navigate daily activities with greater ease and confidence. Whether you're looking to alleviate pain, improve performance in sports, or simply find more comfort in your body, my functional yoga classes provide the tools you need to thrive.
